If you are talking about google voice texting? then you have to disable "Samsung voice input" to get your "Google voice texting" back. Go to Settings>Apps Click on the 3 dots on the top right and click on "Show system apps" After that scroll down to "Samsung voice input" Force stop Disabled it...
