I can do it with my HTC Java Card for ya. It does S-off and SuperCID in like 2 minutes.

If you can gain root and S-off, get SuperCID. Then you'll be able to install any U.S. RUU you want. All of them are available with some looking on google.

CyanogenMod 7.0.3 on incredible
I've just installed the CyanogenMod 7.0.3 on the incredible, it's pretty cool. It looks like a whole new phone.
