I'm on Dalvik and it runs fine, no start up lag at all. I've heard the lag may have something to do with the number of texts or conversations you have. There is an archive feature included in evolve, if you have a ton and want to clean them up.

The Lightflow widgets are regular widgets, added to your home screen or lock screen the way any other widgets are. I have the one widget on my lock screen which simply clears all active lightflow notifications. I occasionally get a blinking light (of various colors) which I can't track down...

This is, frankly, BS. Google runs the Nexus program as their hardware, for their purposes. It shouldn't matter who makes it, and they even tout it that way.
