Hi. On my A5 the only time I get sound with a text message alert is if I'm OUT of the conversation screen. Soon as I'm in a convo, any new messages I receive are silent. My other phone (S4) doesn't do this, I get sound with each new message. All of my sound and notification settings are correct...
