Not heard back from them, no (aside from the email to acknowledge they had received the complaint and would be forwarding it on). No progress on my order either. *sigh*

Do they ever call back? And if they do, do they ever offer any more specific information? As far as I can ascertain, they have access to no more information than I do looking at My Account on the play store?

Ordered mine on launch day too & had same delivery estimate as you. No sign of order status changing from pending. If anywhere else did 64gb or 128gb I'd cancel my Google order, but both Voda and CW only seem to do 32gb.

I'd really like a Nuxus 5X as Google won't ship me my lovely shiny 6P. :(

I got the Customer Service rep to email me a complaint form, which would allow them to escalate the issue, I recommend you all do the same.

Has to be said, if Carphone Warehouse get stock back in this week, I may sacrifice the big storage capacity and order a 32Gb one from them. Google seem to have no clue, or simply don't care about anyone outside the U.S. My current handset is on its last legs now, really need to get it replaced...

Seems we're in the same boat then. I know it will be worth the wait, but damn it's a frustrating ordering process. Annoying that I want a higher capacity handset, as I could have hot a 32gb one delivered to my local Carphone Warehouse by tomorrow..

Has anyone in the UK had their 6P from Google yet? Ordered a few hours after the phone was announced on the 29th September. The status on play.google.com says dispatched from warehouse by 1st November, but still my order in Pending (has been for ages now), and there are no pending charges on...

So my ADOPTED case has turned up, but my phone (128gb Frost) is still pending and no charge has appeared on my credit card. At least have a good idea now of size of the phone and location of fingerprint scanner.

UK here too. 128Gb Frost ordered showing same delivery date and pending also. My case is supposed to leave the warehouse 27th October and is still showing as processing, card has a pending charge. Be curious to see how quickly items are delivered in Blighty.

Go to play.google.com in a browser (don't use the app). Click on the gear in the top right of the screen, and click on Account Settings (ensure you're signed in) Should be in the list of your recent orders :)
