Did the google talk app get updated allowing to send mms?

I apologize this is my first time of any forum so I just typed away

This is what I think. Google Talk is a great app but google doesnt concentrate on it that much. Google plus messenger I can't say the same it is very unrefined and there's no friends list. I do believe Google talk should be intergrated with G+ messenger. If thats not a reality atleast give it...
