I rooted the M950 and deleted the pre installed apps. I kept only Google Play Movies and Music....If your freaked on the idea run a back up and freeze the app before you remove it to see how it affects what ever it is your worried about.

I have tried flashing with KP500 a few times and progress all the way to .cab extraction...I can only assume I have boogered something up with the file extension...win I unzip Sammyz .cab I end up with .wdb file? 01:24:52 : [C:\LGMobileUpgrade] ???丮 ???? ?õ? 01:24:52 : RemoveDirectory1...

Here is the log of my last of many failed attempts to flash via KDZ....I've tried on 3 different pc's and other then the 2nd pc that locked the phone into emergency mode only I have had no change.....I am convinced I am not hooking up with the device the way I should....Thanks all.... [R&D...

Thanks Wraith, I will paste a KDZ log on my next try. I have moved one step further and now have a mobile device that sticks in emergency mode only....I will keep trying...silver

sorry Wraith, I do have alot of static going for one original problem....to put it simply, I was flashing CM7.2 and the phone slipped into the LG splash during the install. Thats all I have since..no recovery mode, no fast boot, only emergency mode. Touching the power button or hooking the USB...

Wraith, android...thanks for the support! I am trying, I keep ending up with "Upgrade Error Wparam 100 lparam 83" with kdz. Any combination of buttons hoping to throw the thing into a recovery or cmd menu are lost accept, for emergency mode b/c from the moment you press the power button it goes...

Thanks Sellers, Thanks Wraith....I've tried the KDZ install/download twice and after the LG install I still have a blinking door stop......cant enter a recovery cant pull up a cmd line....I'm mad as a bull in a ring of clowns. Just touching the power button starts it in its cycle...its like it...

Whats the best CM for 2.2.1 with kernel 2.6.32.9, maybe I'm silly but I cant find a straight out authority on that. Thanks, Silver.
