Called Moto today and they still don't have any update other that the same old info "Not Shipped". They mentioned that the case would be escalated to Moto Maker support who will get back to me in 48 hours. :mad: I am thinking of dropping the idea to switch.

Ordered GSM DE on 20th at 6:30 PM EST and still shows as "Not Shipped"!! I really cant understand their commitment for delivery. Coming from iPhone 5, the transition hasn't started on a good note... Hope the phone is worth the wait...

Actually they have added the 7 days to ship clause in the Order Receipt email I received. Not sure why they dont do this in the Order page in the first place!

Update didnt work from 2.3.2. Was getting the same errors as others. Had to upgrade to 2.3.3 and then to 2.3.4. Hope that helps someone.
