Yes, I have. The third bit isn't fully accurate; Windows failed to find some of the required drivers automatically. I've tried three different cables (including the brand-new one that came with the phone), in three different USB ports on two separate computers, all getting the same result...

I'm having the same problem. I can access files, and command-line ADB works, but Casual cannot detect the phone. Extremely frustrating.
