Better late than never! I got my Selfie direct from ASUS PR. I found the performance up to snuff for day-to-day tasks for sure. As for battery drain, I didn't encounter that problem. If you've had the phone for awhile, it may just be time to replace the battery (good thing it's replaceable!).
