It ALMOST works the same as quiet time does. The difference (and problem for me) is..... I never have my phone on a 'sound' profile, only ever on vibrate.... but when Silent Time deactivates it returns my phone to the 'sound' profile instead of back to vibrate. Not major, but a bit silly, and...

FIXED: Removed the quiet mode toggle from the notification pull down and then added it back again. Now its all working fine.

Yep, mine also unlocks if I tap at the very top of the screen. Also noticed that since this update my 'quiet mode' toggle in the notification pull down and on/off switch in settings didn't work anymore. Managed to fix it by removing it from the notification toggles and then adding it back again.

For those who care.... LG support are raising it as a knock code bug.

Thanks for confirming! LG need to sort that out. Dunno how they can release something with such a stupid fault. Don't they test this stuff first?!

Can you try setting a new code that only uses the bottom two quadrants, and test whether tapping the code in the upper quadrants unlocks your phone? Thanks... I just want to know if this is a problem with only my phone or everyones.

Sorry... are you saying that the code you have set is using all four quadrants?? i.e... 2 x top left, 1 x top right, 2 x bottom left, 1 x bottom right. If I set a code that uses upper and lower quadrants then I have to tap correctly for it to unlock.... but if I set a code using only the bottom...

So, for example.... If your code is: One tap BOTTOM left.... one tap BOTTOM right.... one tap BOTTOM left again. Will your phone unlock if you do: One tap TOP left.... one tap TOP right.... one tap TOP left again ?? Mine does.

Since I installed the latest update which adds knock code I've noticed that I can't override quiet mode anymore when it is in scheduled mode. Example.... I have quiet mode set to automatically switch on at 11:30pm and go off at 6:30am. If I needed quiet mode on before 11:30pm I used to be...
