Yes, her mobile data works for other things, she can browse the internet and play games and use WhatsApp so it's just the internet radio that won't start on WiFi. Once the radio is on over WiFi and she walks out of the house the music keeps playing over mobile data but the playlist doesn't show...

It's not her data plan, previously she had Nokia 6 and that one worked normally. She listens to internet radio every day and she always has leftover mobile internet that carries over to the next month so she basically never runs out of data plan, even if she did the carrier she's with notifies...
