Go into settings/apps/the app you want to reset default settings/reset defaults. Now it should ask again. You make it stop asking by hitting the "always" tab, instead of the "once" option. :) Posted via Android Central App

I had this problem myself, and just fixed it. It was a user error. Being a paranoid mofo, I went thru all options in the phone and forgot I had set a Developer mode option- "Destroy all actions when user leaves them". I unchecked that...and wahlah! Broswers don't get destroyed when I leave them...
