You should relock, then flash the latest RUU @ Rezound_Global_ICS_4.03.605.2_Full_RUU_PH98IMG.zip | by wildstang83 for Rezound, then unlock again. Pretty painless really except for setting up your apps again. I did this last night to get the latest radios, then finally got my phone S-off'ed...

Mine clicks once when I wake it and unlock it, and once again when I put it to sleep. It sounds almost like a camera shutter. I don't remember it doing this when I first got it 10 days ago.
