Re: USB 3 cable not charging Bought two Samsung Note 3 phones in last couple of weeks. Got a black one in Verizon store and a white one from Verizon online. The store bought black phone has worked fine for over 2 weeks. The online white phone arrived 2 days ago and isn't charging properly...
