    Nexus 10 can't add new users

    Hello, I just got Nexus 10 today. I'm trying to add a new user but the menu item is not there. I went to settings and under "DEVICE" there are only Sound, Display, Storage, Battery, Apps but not Users. Why is it not here and how I can get it back? Thanks!!
