I don't have any issue, only difference is it will show 4g when LTE is there not 4GLTE. But i tested the speed test everything is good. I am in NYC

I am also having the same issue. I thought factory reset fixed it. The only quick fix is if my phone is idle i will switch of the location

Try factory reset and do the sync it should work. I am able to use mail app for with my corporate account without any issue

After factory reset and reboot seems to better in the past 24 hours. Does this update has "OK GOOGLE" feature in s4?

battery sucks after the update......In the battery ususage mostly the android system is taking more (26% ) and Google Play service 18% and Android OS is 10 % I never noticed like this, i always see my screen take lot better than this.

As you mentioned in the thread i created folder with 3 app, deleted one in that folder and added back rebooted everything looks good on my att s4 (running 4.3)
