Are you checking on the app or on the website? I was trying to use the app to check but all I ever got was that same message saying that there was a problem so I stopped using the app and only check the website.

Only took me 10 mins of digging through the vzw website to find the order status and see it does indeed say deliver by 8/23 side note: when surfing the web on my phone the vzw website is the only website I ever use that's painfully slow

I would prefer to do it in store. However when I inquired at the store last week about the fact that their promotion clearly states $450 trade in for a NOTE 4 they said it wasn't included.
