UPDATE: I think I found out what's happening but need to wait for another incoming call: I was swiping down alright, but I was not swiping down from the very top of the cellphone. If I do that, then I can see the Accept, Deny, etc.

My head is a bit fuzzy now, but IIRC I could not select my Contacts list after I tapped the Share icon. I could only select from the suggested contacts, so I had to choose one of those. I don't know why I couldn't get to my Contact list.

I ran a USB cable from my desktop to my phone. The cable is USB-A with a blue insert on one end and USB-C on the other. I assume that I'm using USB-3. I thought that cable transmission would be faster than WiFi and WiFi would be faster than Bluetooth.
