Bumping this simply to see if anyone is experiencing this after having some more time to play with ICS.

Even when turned off, the battery monitor (both stock and BA Battery) show that WiFi is still on and using power. It seems that when it is toggled on or off, it briefly shows that it is off in the battery monitors, but immediately begins to use power again. Has anyone else experienced this, or...
