Hi, Eric, I think you might be on to something here. What if they completely forgot about the code branch for the RS988? I have no doubt that our targeted messages helped. Now, we keep pushing for Nougat!!

Your last comment about the colour made me fall off my chair laughing! That was so apropos. Now that I am done laughing, I will go back to crying about my neglected RS988. :( :p

Folks, Still no word from LG on Twitter. I had some time this morning to write the president of LG Electronics USA, JunHo Cho. I am attaching a screen capture of my email. Here is Mr. Cho's email address: JunHo[dot]Cho[at]lge[dot]com. I am continuing to reply to every tweet made by @LGUSAmobile...

Thank you for posting this and for taking the time to escalate. I think the most disconcerting thing is the mixed messages that many here on this forum are getting. There is no single source of truth. In my opinion, it does not seem right that Google would be responsible for sending out the...

Folks, I was away last week, but wanted to provide an update. After asking me to move the Twitter conversation private through direct messaging, LG proceeded to ignore me. This company has some serious issues. I am back on Twitter today slamming all their V20 marketing posts. Let's see if I can...

Folks, I am attaching an image of my direct message back to LG USA Mobile. Let's see if we get a quality response back. Lol, I should have reviewed it better...there are some nasty grammatical glitches.

Hi, mpsvignesh, LG has moved the discussion from public Twitter to direct messaging. I will follow up this morning and post back when I hear anything. I will screen capture their response and post it here. Cheers.

Hey @Bostski, thanks for taking the time to do this. The more of us that formally complain the better. Let us know about any results. When I read your note I got to thinking about the Samsung's that I have owned previously (I had an S7 and others) and I currently own a Pixel XL and a Moto Z...

I was able to find an email address for the LG Electronics USA president, who also oversees LGE Mobile. I am going to give it until end of day this Friday, then when I am back after New Years, first week of January, I launch an attack from the top. Let's squeeze these bastards from the top down...

By the way, I am using the following hashtags with each tweet: #LG #LGG5 #mobilesecurity and tweeting to @LGUSAMobile. Whenever @LGUSAMobile tweets marketing BS, I am responding about their abandonment of the RS988. Also, here is a transcript of my chat with their support team and support...

Thanks for your support @Diablo_692. It is interesting that your RS988 has the September patch. I am stuck on July. Anyone else on this thread still stuck on the July patch? Screen capture attached.

Thanks everyone for your support in targeting LG through social media and forum posts. This is day 3 of me assaulting LG on Twitter and no response yet. They must have a social media team and I can't see them allowing this campaign to continue without responding. I do see others have joined on...
