I was having this problem as well until Wednesday. Before I downloaded GB, I did a factory reset. Seems to have cleared up the rebooting problem, but I'd try removing ATK first. It's a pain to get everything set up the same after a reset.

My device will not fetch the OTA update. It gives the "Your device is up to date! No update is necessary at this time." message even though I am still on 2.2.1. Is the GB update being rolled out in phases? Is there a way I can force the update other than Settings > About phone > System updates?

No longer have the option for all notifications off. Quietest sound profile is listed as Sound Off, but the vibrate still functions. Before there were separate options for silent and vibrate.

Over assuming the purchase of a case and a little more care with a $600 device ;)

Most of a carriers new phone sales come from upgrades, not new subscribers. Verizon clearly has some phones set aside for the new subscribers. This is just how it has to be. No one is going to switch carriers for a phone they won't get for 2 weeks, but people will extend a contract and wait 2...
