Share your Galaxy S5 camera photos, videos, and thoughts!

I seem to be having the same issue. My S3 was far superior focus on items very close. I have yet to get this phone to focus correctly on anything closer than 8-10". To be honest, so far after 10 days, I'm not very impressed with the camera. Attached is a photo I am happy with and the HDR...

When I leave home, I scan the one leaving work that disables wifi, auto screen brightness, and vibrate for my train ride. When I get into the office, I scan the one that enables wifi and Bluetooth, changes ringer volume...

    4G Lte in NY

I've been seeing 4G LTE all along the Port Washington branch in Queens from Main street to Bayside. But most shockingly, I had strong 4G on Park Ave and 47th street yesterday. I have been running Sensorly whenever I notice 4G. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Android Central Forums

    4G Lte in NY

I saw the 4g light up on my phone waiting for the train in the Bayside, Queens area. As soon as the train left the station it went back to 3g. This is the first time I've seen 4g in Queens. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Android Central Forums

NFC tags don't work in sleep or lock state, then repeatedly if attached to dock. Non-Root Fix?

I can't speak to most of this thread. But I am using NFC Task Launcher, and there are times that I forget to scan my tags. The app has a widget that allows you to trigger your tags away from them. I use this when I forget to scan a tag. It will not change the state of a switch, so if you...

    Need Help. Pictures look dim.

Try changing your "metering mode" for the camera. It is probably matrix. Change it to spot. The. Tap the area on the camera to focus, where you want the camera to adjust its exposure for, such as your son's face. Hopefully he will now be exposed properly. Let us know if this works. Sent from...
