My last Android phone was the Sidekick 4G; it'd be nice to get my hands on another! :)

Hi there, this phone was claimed to be unlocked by a seller on eBay, and able to be used on any GSM. I popped in the SIM, and it flashes between 4G and no service. I downloaded the network app and switched CDMA to GSM, but it still only flashes. It runs Android 5.1. Any help? Thanks!
