There's no reason to use a kernel cleaner. Do the proper wipes and you should never need one. Wipe DATA (you seem to have forgotten this), cache, dalvik and system and you will be golden. Just another silly extra step for the paranoid. Kind of like the people who wipe everything 3 times. Not...
