Yep that's exactly what's happening. But it used to open the link directly in the browser with one tap. I never had to swipe down then back up. How do I get it back to the way it was??

Hi, I have a Galaxy Note 5 and I have the same problem but a slightly different screen. This problem only started about 3 weeks ago so I'm not sure if I messed up the settings or what?? But previous if someone sent me a text with a link in it I could touch it and it would instantly open up...
