I have unzipped everything from the first post to the root of my sdcard. I'm just hoping its not a problem with my device but its weird that the unofficial recovery images flash without issue.

I cant seem to flash the stock recovery image, says something about a bad block in recovery and then out of space. I can flash thunderc and xionia no problem though.

Looking forward to flash even if its just the lite version

ok I got it updated successfully. I copied the file incorrectly last time. after pasting into the system/apps folder with root explorer r/w mounted I got everything working.

tried reinstalling the sprintzone apk from the v8 dump and the app works but the install still fails with the message about sprintzone

damn, it's not working because i deleted sprint zone. I backed it up but I uninstalled titanium backup and reinstalled it and I lost it

how do you retry the update if it fails? it's not pushing the update to my phone anymore.

From what I found, it doesn't work because flash 10.1 only supports ARMv7 based processors and the Optimus' is ARMv6. I think it's possible for LG to add support for Flash Lite 4 though.

It definitely can take multiple tries to get it to take. I tried about 5 times and it kept coming back with the $ symbol. I restarted the phone, first time it didn't work but then it finally came back with the # on the 2nd try. Thanks for this.
