    Nexus 6P Travel Fail... Disappointed

Few comments since I recently had a 3 day trip to Vancouver, Canada: - In regards to the FPS; Only time I had issues with this was when I switched cases. I noticed my Spigen case is a bit thicker than normal so I actually had to redo my finger prints with the case on - I'm on Project Fi so data...

Any reason to reboot the 6P routinely?

I reboot once in a while (every two or three days) to make sure weird things in the background are cleaned out. For example, Amazon Kindle app would be on the list of battery suckers even if I have never opened the app in days.

Nexus 6P - Google Opinion Rewards App

Re: Google Opinion Rewards App Every single survey I had received was in regards to shopping and location related... I'm assuming if you have location turned off (as a poster mentioned above), you'll most likely not get much.

Are you using Light Flow - How well does it work on the 6P (Marshmallow)

I use the regular version and it works fine MOST of the time. The persistent notification bar presence is a bit annoying but you'll get use to it. The Legacy version is good, if you only need the notification to work from select few apps. I had to switch back to the regular version because of...

Anyone using Android Pay on their 6p?

If Chase or Barclay join Android Pay, I'll start using it. It seems like it's still in the very early stages of adoption among merchants so I have not been in a hurry to get it setup.

If you couldn't have a 6p, which phone would you choose?

If I had to pick one, probably Note 5. Close second would be the V10 or Z5

How many cases have you bought for your 6p?

I have the Spigen Ultra Hybrid and Nillkin Nature.

Transferring photos from Nexus 6p to my laptop with usb can you help?

The ones on the Photos app are most likely not the original size unless you specified in the settings.

What are the 10 most frequently used apps on your 6p?

It has no bearing on the actual score. I agree that it does come into play if you're applying for a loan to determine if you can make payments (car loans or mortgages) but it does not impact your FICO score. I can theoretically have a 800+ score with $0 income as long as all the factors in the...

What are the 10 most frequently used apps on your 6p?

Income has no bearing on the credit score either. I think you're thinking of credit utilization which is a measure of how much you're using against the total credit available to you (you want to try to stay under 10% of the total credit limit available to you). Credit Karma basically gives you...

That is correct. Wanted to comment on this but thought it'd be sidetracking the thread :)

What are the 10 most frequently used apps on your 6p?

Short answer is no. Hangouts serves as the SMS app if you make this the default text application so anyone that can receive a normal text will be able to see your text sent from the Hangouts app.

What are the 10 most frequently used apps on your 6p?

I have it on my phone, it's a cool concept. Its pretty redundant... I use Hangouts only since it also serves as a chat/IM function and can also receive calls. The messaging app has a familiar layout to a traditional texting app and it's strictly for texting only (someone can correct me if I'm...

Things You Don't Like About The 6P?

I've had the phone for about a month now and the only cons so far: - Requires a reboot a couple times a week to ensure Play services aren't acting up and eating unnecessary battery (Even with that, it'll still last all day for me) - Some of the ergonomics is a bit weird (button placement, lack...

What are the 10 most frequently used apps on your 6p?

These are repeats from the previous posts: - PocketCast - Nine (I prefer this over Gmail) - Kindle - Mint - Chase - Youtube - Play Music - OneNote - Chrome - Yelp - Twitter - Piktures - Hangouts (my default texting app) - Kakao Talk - Swiftkey Above are apps I probaby use at least once a day.
