The parsing error happens on the Galaxy tab when downloading an APK file on the tablet itself. Try dl-ing the file on a PC and then drag/drop (or DropBox) it to your tablet. Should work from there.

Phalconmojo...how did you get the vertical days of the week in Mininalistic and the vertical battery %? I am assuming that the current day of the week and current battery reading are automatically accented. I can't quite get that on my Xoom. Any help is much appreciated.

Where in NJ?!? I tried the Staples in East Brunswick (Rt 18) this morning, and no dice.

I tried calling a couple of different places...they are either playing dumb or saying they cant release until Sunday. At the very least, this is a good indication that shelves should be stocked come Sunday morning.

Just checked staples.com to see if there were any updates, and it looks like shipments to the retail stores have begun. See the below screenshots taking after clicking "Check in Store Availability" on this site. So far, no one in my area who has them in stock is willing to sell before Sunday.

I highly doubt that Verizon will sell the WiFi-only Xoom. Its expected that he wouldn't know about it. One of those "know your audience" type things, Matthew.
