After you place the PC36IMG zip file on your sd reboot into recovery. make sure it on your sd root and not in any folder on your sd

Ok with all the info about unrooting returning to stock and such. Do we have to do this or can we wait till the rom devs put it in a rom update

its an ota from sprint. don't install it. the rom devs are worming to incorporate the ota into the roms. so for now just keep pressing later until rom update becomes avail in forums.

Since your flashing over the existing frame work with the same rom you shouldnt need to wipe data. but wiping cache and dalvik are always a good idea just to clean up a bit.
