Same thing happened to me first morning after purchased. Had left it charging overnight... dead in morning. Fortunately, pulling battery to reset worked, and it has not happened again (have had 3 days).

Unfortunately, leaving behind 15 years with Palm/WebOS devices, latest being the original Palm Pre (which is still working great, BTW). Will truly miss the simplicity and ease of WebOS, not to mention the inductive chargers (even have one in my car). Will also be giving up the unlimited data...
