I am no longer with the carrier- my phone is unlocked and it's an NC1 I downloaded the 5.0 update and renamed the .cfg to .zip it still didn't work in Stock recovery it shows error and something like build need 4.4.2 nb1 or 4.4.4 NJ4. Even when my mobile data is on and I try turning on the mobile hotspot it it keeps showing "mobile data is not Available or invalid sim" I understand that my phone is an at&t carrier but it is unlocked so does that have any effect pls help me! ASAP Thanks

I forgot to unzip the file. I ended up just flashing my phone. I guess I missed out some info. Will do just that and get back to you.
