The whole purpose of the app is to find the plug and connect it to the wifi. That's why I don't know what is going on. I am going to uninstall the app and start over. Thanks for your help. We'll see what happens.

The router does broadcast 2.4, but my Smart Home App that is required for the Smart Plug is not finding it.

Instructions do not work with my J3. No MMSC to click on However turning off wifi worked like a charm. Pics popped right up.
