I think it's a Custom ROM gone rogue.. maybe you should try formatting your device.

Go-to Settings->notification and control center->notice management then scroll down to Facebook and make sure that it isn't set on block all for Facebook and set it as important notification.

what version of Android is your Android phone running and what model of phone are you using?? it might be compatibility issue.. Your Android OS might be outdated for the apk to run or you downloaded an arm64 apk version while your device isn't 64bit

No No No... I think he should hold down the power button, volume up button and the home button until he sees the menu with reboot system, wipe cache partition etc... Use the volume up or down button to scroll to reboot system and hit the power button

did you download any other lockscreen app? if you did it might be the of the ads, so uninstall any lockscreen app that you installed.
