Thanks for the reply, neither of those options work. The phone will not allow me to add a google account. It just keeps asking for a pasword.

My new S7 edge will not accept the google password for gmail or play store. I am certain I am entering the correct password, but it continues to ask me to try again. When I start the play store, the phone says quickly, "Checking Info" and then goes to the "Enter the current password" screen...
