I have the same issue! Awake ALL the time! Media, and Media Server are up there in the %'s FYI, I am charging through USB cable, and drivers are installed on computer it's charging from.

So I just picked up an S3. Moving from a Thunderbolt. I copied my SD card to my PC desktop, then put the old SD card into the S3, and formatted the disk. I then began copying my images from the /DCIM/100MEDIA/ folder to the S3 /DCIM/100MEDIA/ I check the card later, and all of the images...

Fixed it!!! It must be a new defualt setting. Go to Messages > All Messages > Menu > Settings > General > Uncheck "Show sent message history" and "Show Call History". Done, and Done!
