The reason why I gave up on HTC is because Apple (with the help of the US government) strong-armed them into some shady deal. Now, with every HTC mobile sold, an undisclosed (but certainly not insignificant) amount of money goes to the patent trolling fruit company.

Personally, I neither care how my mobile looks to others, nor how I look with my mobile to others.

Maybe Apple will launch a lawsuit against Samsung (oh, clever, you wrote "Samesung" -- straight from the "AppleInsider" school of hate) for this outrage! After all, USA allowed Apple to patent and sue for rectangles with rounded corners, so why not repeat this strategy for "using the color gold...

This is not unexpected. Most Japanese have a seething hatred against anything and anyone Korean (although, I never really understood why they would prefer a US company, after all it was US would dropped two nuclear bombs on Japan... maybe they respect a "winner", as opposed the lowly Korean...
