How do you get to the H+? Not that phone savvy.... I can do everything except send pics and I can rarely receive pic mail....

I switched my phone from Verizon to T-Mobile? I can receive and make calls, as well as text messages. I can even use the internet most times. My problem is sending any MMS and often times receiving them. What can I do to fix this without selling my phone? :-\ frustrated
