I think I might of figured out the issue. After reading the other topics on issues with this phone and SD cards So I pulled mine out of the phone. 32gig SD card and problem solved. I guess this phone does have issues with SD cards. Hope this helps anyone else with lag issues as I believe...

Anyone notice this issue on the Note 3 After I put it on lock and don't touch my phone for a bit. When I click the menu or power button to get to the lock Screen it can take up to 4-5 seconds for the lock screen to show up? anyone getting this on there note 3 or know how to fix it?
