Thank you! Can you actually use the voice input to carry out complete actions? For example sending a text/navigating? Or do you have to tap anything to "start" or "send?"

I am a right arm amputee, but I am curious about Android Wear. Could anyone comment on how usable these wearables are without any touch input and just gestures and voice? I'm fine if I don't have full functionality, but I'm curious if it's worth it or if I can do anything with it? Thanks.
