    Notifications wont go away, haptic feedback setting won't save

    I spent all day on the phone with Verizon ans Samsung. Anytime I get a text or email even if I read and delete it the orange bubble stays on the icon.even factory resets aren't fixing this.not happy ! Any help? Sent from my SCH-I535 using Android Central Forums
