Captivate with 2.2 updated rooted Samsung Captivate, rooted with the 2.2, notice the top info bar of the fone shows the icons for the froyo , titanium backed up and all apps including fancy widget are working... didn't have issue with gps after resetting with the 2.1 os, and is still working...

did your fone stay rooted when updated to 2.2? mine did not , can not use titanium backup for all my apps that i had... any ofer to get fone rerooted will be welcomed.

phone is now unrooted.... how do i get it back so i can use titanium backup and get superuser permission to reinstall all backed up content.... downloaded titanium and it states i do not have root permission? a little help please

have not had an issue since restting lbst setting recommended in the forums and since receiving the update have had no other issues at all, drove to Cleveland with Google maps and locked in all the way... pic posted from drocap

i wrote skype and samsung about this.... and still haven't heard anything about why ALL android users are not allowed access to skype.... the iphone has it with AT&T, why not all.... feeling a bit disciminated against.....

yeah go to ventones.com.... it's free and you can create ringtones from any music you have in your comp ... from 30 ringtones on up to over a minute... then send to fone, place in your ringtone file and then have at it.... i have done about 20 or thirty this way... can also use them as your alrm...

ok, nevermind.... didn't put a spce between the mv /system/... all is gone as of right now, anything else i can remove? anyone found the correct file name for the att music apk yet.... don't need it, don't want it.

ok, have followed the instructions, have rooted and busy box up and running and still can not remove the att bloat wear from my apps. went line by line 3 times and still nothing it is all there. is is showing in the su that the root file is there and busybox is running. can someone please...
