Root problem solution: My Xoom was not rooted after ICS install. I downloaded Universal Xoom root - version 1.0 from here: [Root] Universal Xoom Root - ANY XOOM ANY UPDATE - xda-developers I flashed it using cwm. And now, the Xoom is rooted. I can use Titanium Backup.
