Just figured it out! Uninstall the update to Google Search and "search with camera" reappears in the options.

Is there a way on the Photon to make the default homescreen the first page instead of the fourth page? Can you assign which is the default homepage? My wife's Epic has this option, I was wondering if the Photon might also.
