My trade was accepted so I made out like a bandit since I only paid $400 for my Note 20 ultra. I been on pins and needles hoping they didn't fully test the camera. It did take awesome pics once it got a slap and told what to do.

Just wondering if anyone has used a smartswitch backup if you had to do a reset? I mean Taking the data off a external drive to get it back on the phone.

Anyone have recommendations for a fast portable drive. Inexpensive and sexy too. Is the default Samsung backup good or should I use an app? Never had experience trying to restore a backup.

Can you partition the drive for photos and documents to keep them permanently in the even you need to reset the phone or is external backup the only option?

My bad it's the middle camera that's funky and it's part of the module. Outside it's easy to get it to focus. Takes great pictures but disappointing that you need to smack it to get it to focus and Samsung admits nothing

Would be nice to figure out the exact piece of hardware. It appears relates to the top camera which is independent to the other 2 cameras which are a module. But not sure if you can buy just the one part of rif they come as a kit.

I try some aftermarket camera apps and they did not fix it. So it's a hardware issue.

My friend has a note 20 ultra and he just did the latest updates and his camera still works fine. I had to smack mine 3x just now but it does work. Takes awesome photos once it's in focus. Make sure you got a good grip on it so you don't slap it to the floor lol

I cleared storeage cache and reset all camera setting but still have bad focus unless I zoom. When it sees people I get the tracing box around there face so it appears that tracking option is still functional even though it's not enabled. Not sure if that's the problem. I just got this phone...
