I tried things that were suggested. I found that either turning off Bluetooth or disconnecting my Panasonic home phone allowed Moto voice to work. Obviously that's not a permanent solution. I disabled, enabled, etc. Moto voice but it persisted. The fix? In Moto, then voice, I checked the Audio...
