I've only had my Turbo phone for 3 days but I noticed my cell standby is the 2nd highest battery drain at the end of the day too. Never had a problem with my previous 2 phones.
I'm having the same issue with my Droid Turbo as well. My Cell standby is always with couple % of the screen %. I've never had this problem with my previous 2 phones including the Maxx.
