Google Keyboard doesn't autocorrect or show predictions in any browser.

That's not the problem. The problem is that the Google keyboard doesn't give predictions in all fields, including the address bar of Chrome or the built-in browser on your device. There are other fields that it fails to give predictions, too, which also means it's not spell-checking either. It's...

Things I've disabled with Package Disabler Pro on my Verizon S7 Edge

Exactly. The only reason I buy Samsung and Apple products is the hardware. I mostly loathe the software they put on their devices. But the hardware is so good that I put up with the bloat, at least until root comes out. However, I just couldn't live with iOS both times I tried an iPad (4th and...

Wireless Charging Issues (S6 Edge + New Charger)

For me, the free wireless Samsung charger works fine up to 100% charge, but then, by design, the charger will no longer charge the phone AT ALL unless I lift it up and place it back down. I used to have this charger by my bedside and would wake up with various battery levels based on what my...

    Reluctant home button

I've had two S6s and two Note 5s, they all have this problem. The S6 is worse but I can still replicate it on the Note 5 at the left and right edges of the button. I can replicate it on the S6 by pressing it JUST hard enough to click, but can't do that with the Note 5. I have a feeling it'll...

What are your favorite cases for the Galaxy S6?

I bet you'll like it. Mine isn't quite flawless - I can feel and see a few tiny shavings of black plastic that got stuck in the red stuff during the molding process. It's a tiny flaw but hopefully you will get a flawless one. I'm getting 3 more cases from eBay: Navy + Black / medium size...

What are your favorite cases for the Galaxy S6?

Me too. I wouldn't mind if it covered the top and bottom edges, though. I can't find one like that...not yet anyway (EDIT: Found one, kinda. Just ordered it from here...

Galaxy S6 : Post Pictures Of Your Home Screen(s)

Nothing special here, just 6x5 grid and default theme, wallpaper changes often with Zedge:

What are your favorite cases for the Galaxy S6?

I tried 8 or 10 cases for my S6, mostly focusing on slim ones. I despise Otterbox cases, so the "top 6 galaxy S6 cases" article was rather sad for me (2 Otterboxes on the list....really?). That motivated me to create this post. Of the cases I've tried, these are my top 5: Incipio DualPro -...

What are your favorite cases for the Galaxy S6?

Attempted to post reply with links, but I have 9 posts total and need 10. This should make 10, then I will post my actual reply. Kind of a silly rule but I understand why it exists.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Cell standby battery drain?

Oh okay, I'm on Verizon. I have Advanced Calling disabled by default. Same goes for another mentioned option: Always Allow Scanning under wifi settings. That smart network option was kind of nice but drained battery fast, kind of like a similar app I tried on my G2. My estimated battery life...

Samsung Galaxy S6 Cell standby battery drain?

Interesting. Mine was draining battery fast and showing Cell Standby as the culprit. I charged up to 100% and turned off one thing- Smart network switch, under the More menu of wifi settings. Now cell standby is much better. Have you tried that? Sounds like you might have solved it already.

Android 4.3 'move to SD' feature

It's because /sdcard/ is a partition on the internal memory. Your ACTUAL sdcard is mounted as /extSDcard/. When you choose to move data to SD card, with some apps the data goes from somewhere-I-don't-know to /extSDcard/.android_secure/ if the app supports that. But most large games still have...

    Nexus 10 2013 or Windows Surface 2

The T100 is a nice budget tablet w/dock. If you don't mind a low-res screen, it's a great deal at $399 considering you get Office & Windows with it. If you are leaning more towards Android, the TF701 just came out today on newegg & bestbuy for $449 with no dock ($149). It's screen is basically...

    Nexus 10 2013 or Windows Surface 2

Ya the Bay Trail is in some tablets already, like Dell, HP, and Lenovo (I think). I would just want it for the fact that it's cheap and can run full Windows 8, not just RT. The reason I would want a Windows 8 tablet is for existing Windows apps, personally. Windows RT doesn't entice me at all...

    Nexus 10 2013 or Windows Surface 2

Oh also, you may way to wait for the Intel Bay Trail chip to make it into tablets. It's supposedly a great chip and I think it opens up the possibility of dual-booting Windows & Android on the same device and actually doing it well. Good benchmark here...
