    finally, s-on and rooted the First!

    s-on ? or did you mean s-off ? because s-on means you wont even be able to tamper with the system. any changes you do gets reverted or causes the phone to restart.

    this phone has been abandoned, HTC then used the left over parts to make the HTC One mini, if someone really wanted to they could easily port htc one mini roms to the first.
