Oh sorry, not trying to be difficult here. I appreciate your help thus far. Yes its correct, I crossed checked from the LG website. LGUP does recognize my phone. I then select from 3 different options, refurbish, upgrade and OTA upgrade. I choose upgrade because refurbish gives me an error.

No, i bought it used with a boot loop. I fixed that and everything else works fine.

My stock camera app will not open, it crashes whenever I go to open it. I am able to use third party apps but the quality is grainy and poor. I am only able to use the front facing and the wide angle cameras but I am not able to switch the main rear camera. I am not sure if that's because apps...
